  We got a home signature loan for a pole barn we’re putting in. The entire process was flawless. We applied for the loan online and within an hour I had a phone call from Gil who handled the rest of the process quickly and efficiently. We live more than an hour away, so we were able to conduct all of the necessary paperwork electronically. I would highly recommend using LorMet for any banking needs.

  I had such a great experience with Gil Navarro Avon Lake Branch Manager at LorMet Federal Credit Union with my lease buyout loan. Everything went smooth and efficiently. With in a week had papers of transfer and my title to my car. My family and I always recommend Lormet Federal Credit Union!!

  I went to LorMet needing to change my banking from chase as they were going to charge me $12.00 a month and Gil Navarro was,thankfully, able to assist me. I needed to return the following day as I hadn't brought all of the needed papers. I really appreciated how quickly & efficiently he was able to change things over. He knew all the right question to ask. I think he wen't above and beyond in helping me out! I will definitely will tell all my friends.

  I have been a member of LorMet credit union for several years. I have visited many of the LorMet branches ,but my favorite one is the Avon Lake branch. Over the past few years I have enjoyed excellent rates on auto loans,mortgages, and refinancing. Since LorMet is conveniently located between work and home , it's easy to pop in and do my day to day banking.I can always count on being greeted when I enter,and Gil and his staff treat me like a valued customer.

  I've been part of this bank for almost 9 years, and I've had the pleasure of them helping through bank fraud, walking me through everything I need to do to keep my account safe and secured. Even with my branch closing down in lorain there are still close branches for me to visit. I would recommend anyone looking for a reliable bank with an amazing and caring staff to absolutely give this credit union a try.

  I opened an account on line with ease. I did, however, have a few questions and the Avon Lake Branch Manager, Gil Navarro, was fantastic to work with. Not only did he answer all my questions, but his response time was record speed. Something so rare and unheard of these days.

  We had a very good loan experience working with Gil. He explained to us what they could do and did not try to sell us anything extra. The loan process went very well and faster than we expected. It was a pleasure working with Gil.

  Having worked for LorMet and Banking with them, both sides are great. I now live an hour south of the closest branch and everyone is always willing to go out of their way to assist me. Gilberto has been with the company since I have started and his professionalism and presence is a great asset to LorMet!!

  I have been a member for over 8 years and have had nothing but a fantastic experience. I had my auto loan and my motorcycle loan through Lakeshore. Both rates were far below our banks rates, saving us thousands of dollars over the course of loans. Customer service is great and I would highly recommend Lakeshore/LorMet to my friends and family.
