  Buying our first house, my husband and I were very nervous because we didn’t fully understand the process. Ken was great explaining everything in detail and answering all questions.   I wish I could give Chris 10 stars 🌟 We bought our first home in Key West, Florida and we are so grateful to Chris for helping us to make it happen. Chris is an amazing resource. She is incredibly knowledgeable about her field, very proactive and a fantastic problem solver. She was very clear and concise with everything we had to do, which made it easy for us to follow the whole mortgage process. She was very responsive and always took the time to answer our questions and provide all the details we needed. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a mortgage in Florida.   Ken and his team are great! They encouraged us to be patient, didn’t rush into anything even when rates were low, and locked us in at a phenomenal rate that was very close to the bottom. They have been doing this for quite some time and we really valued their feedback throughout the entire re-finance process. Highly recommended!!!
