  Received a check from a friend that was written pay to the order of cash from a member that has an account there. Got laughed at by the tellers/manager in the bank and was told I didn't know what I was talking about and it's not common. Kept telling me you can't write a check to pay the order of cash and my name is not cash. Doesn't appear the employees at that location understand banking very well. The level of arrogance, disrespect and ignorance completely blew my mind. How unprofessional!

  It’s strange to review a bank, but here I go. I was excited to open up an account here. I had heard great things about the neighborhood banks (especially when a part of Wintrust). Also, it’s right next to my house, so convenient. So far, customer service has been off. Maybe they just catch me on my bad days, but simple things have been aggravating me. There is a lady teller there, who is just not nice. After dealing with her rudeness, I will only go to the nice young man who usually sits on the right side. There’s been a couple communication weirdness between different bankers as well. There’s a limit to how much I can withdraw from drive through. It’s all little things, but they’re adding up to to make it feel off. So far, I will stick to them as I’ve just changed over my direct deposit, but so far I’m just feeling meh with them.

  This is almost the same as the old-time banks that knew you and could help you with your financial matters. I'm not sure how it's possible but they managed to recognize us even though we rarely enter the bank itself as we do most of our transactions on the internet. We have been customers since the day they opened.

  I stopped by to open an account in this bank. Thei rmanager started processing my application and like investigator asked me so many questions about all my history of banking and all accounts I opened before and the reason I had them. It was redicilous. It is the first time ever I faced something like this. I came to keep my money with this bank and they behaviour was not was I expected. Absolutely do not recommend this place. Good luck with your business if you will not be out of it soon!

  I went there to make change on the orders of my manager and they act like I'm trying to rob the place. Maybe because I'm Mexican.

  Friendly staff. Nice local bank no fees to have an account there. Recommend!!!
