  This is the worst Customer service you can find. I spend 1 hour trying to open account ,the banker was running all time he has no idea what he is doing ,than he make up some stories and tell to his manager and they reject to open account. The branch was empty, with no people waiting , so I believe I not only person to who they do this kind of service .Worst branch ever, need to be close, or at list new manager needed.

  Hood location for the branch but a shame that they only have the option for one drive up ATM station. Lines can get long & waiting 5 car deep is ridiculous.

  Untrained and rude teller. Went in to get a change for singles. Teller asks me if I have account with chase, I showed her my debit card then she asks me for my card information. I was never asked for such thing when getting a change. I asked for money back and there was another teller who told this untrained teller that she doesn't have to ask for card information. I guess this untrained teller got embarrassed and she asks me rudely, "Do you want envelope? Yes or No? Took the change didn't care to answer, and I'm not planning to use Chase at all.

  I appreciate Meena. She always resolves our issues and always is so excited to see me and my family. Other people have been short with us and not addressed our issues.

  Worst customer service I've ever received. Incompetent staff who provide misleading information and won't have your best interest in mind. Avoid if possible.

  Convenient drive through banking options, window and ATM. Applied for a credit card in-branch, it was quick and easy!

  Do not trust what you hear from bankers at this location, either lied or didn't know how to answer my family's questions which has lead to major issues with my grandparents estate.

  Opening a savings account required 3 visit as the list of required docs kept changing.
