  My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Rebecca Malek for selling our townhome, as well as purchasing our new home. Throughout the entire process, Rebecca was incredibly responsive and accessible to us. Notably, one Sunday evening she stayed up until after 11:00 pm doing paperwork and working on an offer for us, and her efforts enabled us to get the home of our dreams. Rebecca is truly knowledgeable and not just a great realtor, but also a great person. With Rebecca we not only feel we found a realtor, we also gained a friend in the process.

  We have mice in our building and have submitted multiple maintenance requests. They are getting in through holes in the outside of the building (which we are not allowed to alter, and its frankly not our responsibility). Their response was basically "Yeah, well thats too bad. Deal with it yourselves." Again, the holes they are coming through are on the outside of the building. Leaving ASAP and not coming back....

  After many phone calls and emails to miss Shirley Murphy We are getting no response. Beware of who you are doing business with. We are calling her for a simple issue regarding a rental property she manages. I guess if you don't mean business to her you mean nothing.

  Impossible to work with. Unreliable. Go somewhere else.
