  So grateful to Affinity Land Services for their professionalism. They found some problems with a POA during a recent purchase of a house and they worked diligently to solve all the issues. The employees are extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and were always available to answer any questions. I HIGHLY recommend them!

  We had Tom Malcolm handled our closing 3 months ago.We had several changes to our closing date and Affinity Land service was wonderful. The closing experience was new to me and I had a lot of questions. Tom Malcolm was very patient in answering all my questions even at closing itself. Tom made himself available for more questions or clarification that I needed even after we moved in. Thank you for all you did. We love our home.
