Besides personable, her knowledge and experience are quite amazing and made our refi much more efficient. She was so helpful from beginning to end with a professional upbeat attitude and replying back immediately with answers to all our questions, always offering excellent advice. Our refi was complete in record time, not to mention we were out of town for the closing documents, Lone scheduled a notary to meet at our location for signing of documents.   Lone is exceptional at her job. She is knowledgeable, thorough, kind, patient, professional, and effective. Her expertise was critical in securing a good rate, especially as they've been rising recently. I lost count of how many questions I asked throughout the process, but every single one was answered in full, promptly, and professionally. Lone really helped me to understand the process each step of the way and I'm very grateful that she was recommended to me.   Lone was amazing and made the whole process so easy! My husband and I are first time home buyers so didn't know what to expect. She answered all of our million questions and her response time was so quick. She even gave us different rate options and ended up saving us money. I recommend her to everyone!

  Lone helped us with a loan for a new house and because she was so helpful with that transaction, we asked her to help us with a refinance loan later. She has always answered every question thoroughly, responded to emails AND PHONE CALLS very promptly. In addition to being very knowledgeable, she has a wonderful demeanor that makes working with her very pleasant.
