  I wanted to highly recommend my bank , and the great people who work there! It start with Ernest the branch manager, also Crista , Nicki, and Crystal. Every time the customer experience , professionalism, and care never goes unoticed. Especially, when you may have a choices for your banking needs. The clear choice is for me , and it should be for you. You are never just an account , you're respected and valued.

  Crista Moria has always been so helpful. Especially when it came to helping with my mom's account. She went way above and beyond to help her out. She's always helped us and we always appreciated everything she has done for the both of us. We have been long term customers and have always had great service.

  Opened my account here about a year ago and received the best customer service. Cecilia was so courteous and helpful, she really made me feel like having me as a customer really mattered. Since then I have experienced nothing but outstanding customer service. The drive-thru is open later than most other banks and that's a big plus! I recently took my husband to set up his business account and once again Cecilia was there to help! She made the entire process as convenient as possible, she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed when we needed it! I wish we had become customers sooner, we could've avoided a lot of headaches! Thank you Cecilia for always giving us the VIP treatment!

  I like that when you walk in everybody is friendly and they say hi. I like that they know everybody by name and they are always smiling with a nice attitude. They always ask if there is anything else that they can help with or how my business is doing. The main one from there I deal with is Ceci and she is very attentive in making sure that I'm taken care of! I appreciate that my business is at this bank because I was not being taken care of like this at other banks so I think that this bank is number one for me and I am and will continue to refer people-thank you!   I opened this account like 2 years ago and i have Never had a bank like this one to when you walk in the door they greet you by your name 😃 even during pandemic i was like oh wow first time ever can go in a bank with a face mask and was shocked that even with a mask on, they were like Hi Mr Garcia lol i was like wow... Awesome customer service i love this Bank i would recommend it to anyone who wants to feel that they have a family type bank on there side...
