  First of all ....whoever that white balled guy is he's a lier ....talk about low balling people... Seriously tried to rip me off twice... Now I no why there parking lot is always empty... People are not STUPID.... I got two Ipads from that pawn shop for 100 $ each.... Then few weeks latter brought them back because my kids didn't want them... The told me there only selling for 40 each so he could only give me 20$ for each one.... Then when I told him I paid 100$ for each and bought it from there store ...all he said was " I don't know what your talking about " ....lmao... What an idiot. So I said screw him went somewhere else...and it was a lot more then 20$ each...seriously. Then my husband decided to pawn the Xbox one with connects , controllers, and the games and mind you it's not even a year old.... The same bald guy tryed telling him that there only going for 75$ so he could only give me 40$....lmao...screw you people... It's OK cause someone ELSE got your business AGAIN....If I was 5 I might have believed you...p.s. Sad and very bad for business.

  I called before going they said that they had what I needed which was a smart TV when I got to the store they had nothing of the sort they lied and all there TV's didn't work they didn't even know how to turn them on and none of them had remotes was a complete waste of time and everything in the store looked last like it was stolen stay away for this store it's not worth your time!!!!

  Wasnt explained fully about the layaway terms..put more than minimum down $150 ..thinking icould could come back and buy it out full just to be told that it was forfeited and they kept the $150 sold the ar15. Imean icould have a least 1 phone call to say its about to be forfeited. No communication

  VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOVE ALL EVEN FROM MANAGER ! WORKERS ROLL THEIR EYES WHEN U NEED HELP .... POOOR PPOOOOOOOR SERVICE !!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME HERE ! This used to be a GREAT place to come to NOT ANYMORE ! And my stuff once i got out of layaway was damaged n they supposedly didnt know what happened..... IDIOTS ALL IDIOTS .... IM EMAILING CORPORATE !

  That plays need to double check when they bring in laptops to make sure that are not broken they are operational that are not lock that are turned on trying to get a MacBook and I can’t get nothing either broken or it doesn’t wanna turn on stop taking laptops it does not wanna work are that are broken

  They have good service. And I always go in the music room and jam out for like more than an hour and they don't seem to mind. I think they take it as advertising haha that the stuff actually works

  Thier customer service is the worst!!!!!! They say anything to sell you somthing and it dosent even fit or work with what your dealing with, when it comes to you actually having a problem and returing they don't care they literally give you attitude and contradict the things that they actually said which makes it completely ridiculous I'm stuck now on the side of the road with something that doesn't work and they do not care

  Purchased rifle there and it didn't work properly its costing 175.00 to repair I am visiting with them today see if they will return the cost for repairs
