  If you want good customer service n professional service go see" pat "she'll do anything to help you with your loan or purchase every time I go if she's busy I wait for her trust me it's well worth it waiting on her she goes above n beyond for her customers she deserves a raise

  I had been to 4 other pawn shops looking for something in particular with no luck and barely even being spoke to besides the cordial "do you need help"? When I arrived at Pronto I was greeted as I walked in the door by 2 employees. I was asked genuinely if I needed help finding anything and responded I was just looking. The store was clean and well kept. Merchandise was displayed and neatly arranged. As I was looking at the jewelry case my amazing sales lady (whose name I did not catch) came over and said if I wanted to see anything let her know. She kindly and patiently showed me several items and explained in detail how layaway worked. I selected my items and because of the layaway was able to get exactly what I was looking for. She gave me a small discount and I set up the layaway. I had never been in here before but I will be back (of course I will I have a layaway😂) but I had a great experience and kudos to the lady that helped me she was great!!

  This place has a good customer service attitude. They're friendly, helpful and make even a window shopping experience enjoyable. Really enjoyed my visit and I hope other pawn shops take note from y'all.

  Pronto Pawn SW military has always been friendly and helpful. Every time I visit all employees are patient with me and I never feel rushed. They have great prices and are always giving me suggestions. I always come back here because they appreciate my business whether I spend $1 or $100. I definitely recommend shopping here.

  Awesome expierence. Hands down mario is the guy to go to. Super helpful and eger to get you the best price. He really knows what he's doing. Best pawn shop I've shopped at by far. Definitely will be back. 👍😁

  Pronto Pawn is the only pawn shop I give my business to. From cash loans to quality goods at fair prices...they got me covered. The staff is not only professional but courteous, friendly and very helpful. Can not recommend them enough!

  I recently moved near 410 and Rigsby and have a pronto pawn like a block away from me.. But nope I'll travel all the way to military just to see Mrs. Pat. You'll her customer service and knowledge on all the supplies is outstanding and she always goes above and beyond to serve her customers. YOU MISSING OUT.. I KNOW WHAT IM TELLING YOU. ASK FOR PAT.. she's not a manager or anything but she might as will be...😇
