  Went in to get a credit card to start building credit for my wife and I, Autumn was super helpful and nice, she explained the process great so we could understand how the card worked etc. Very happy with our trip and are super glad we have chosen SS as our bank!

  Slowest drive thru bank in the world!! Im dying to know why or even understand how it is possible that a simple deposit transaction can take upwards of 30 minutes. This bank has been operating like this since as far back as I can remember. 12 years plus banking with them. It’s despicable

  I have been the victim of online credit card fraud, I was feeling victimized for one transaction, so I thought! Belinda was a CSR that was first on my case and ID’d 8 other transactions after carefully scrutinizing transaction going back to oct 2020 to find the origination, about 1 week ago. We did the necessary and what I thought would be headache to cancel and be reissued a card was done within 24 hours and 30 minutes at the south side location on Barlite, then One week later, which is this day of post, Tiffany at the Barlite branch met with me and insisted on continued researched of the account account and found one other incident which was a total of $500. I’m so grateful, thankful, and impressed with their willingness to make sure my claim is complete! I’ll post an update on what SSFCU resolves the case. They have great assets of people who care! Thank you ladies for your hard work.
