  My husband and I own several rental houses and this group is relentless in their calls to us with "cash offers" . They call ALL the phones in the house as if the answer will change if they call on a different phone. So multiple calls in a single day or within a few minutes of each. Clearly they don't know what NO means! If I was interested in selling, I would not use a company that is so disrespectful!

  Hi Beth, my apologies for the negative experience. What you are describing is not our company policy. I did check our call logs and have not seen a record of calls to you so perhaps there’s some kind of mixup. Regardless I will continue to investigate and make sure you are not contacted again.

  Rob Started harassing me via text on a Saturday without warning. Will be looking to contact FTC and attorney general about this shady company. Edit: changing review as this was someone impersonating Lone star. So many spammers out there.

We actually don’t have a Rob on the team and our Lone Star name is mistaken for other companies sometimes, but no one from my team should be contacting you via text or harassing you.   I had a family member who passed away and shortly after Lone Star Home Buyers somehow got my number and kept calling me (likely with the intent asking to buy the house of the deceased, as I had received similar calls and text messages), and for some reason thought I was the wife of the deceased family member. I ignored a few but eventually picked up and asked them to stop calling because I was not the home owner. They apologized and were polite, which I appreciated, but then they called me back again the same day (and again I had to clarify I was not who they thought I was and would like to be removed from their calling list). Honestly, it was just a bit aggressive how many times they called. Fortunately, I wasn't the actual wife of the deceased but to me it just seems very disrespectful. If my husband passed away, I wouldn't want someone constantly calling me asking me if I wanted to sell my house.

We have some processes in place to prevent this kind of thing from happening but have also added a lot of new team members lately that are still in training.   At the end of the day you want a fully staffed team of professionals who will make the process of selling your house as easy, stress free, and profitable as possible. Work with Lone Star Home Buyers if you want to have honest and responsive customer service and a contract that will actually close for the money you agreed on on the date you agreed on. Simple as that!

  I sometimes partner with other Real Estate Investors and Mike and his team are very responsive, professional and easy to work with. They do partner with Investors to take a property that is not sellable on the retail market to one that can be listed on the MLS.

  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Over a year of working with an amazing LSHB Team and with Mike, there is always an opportunity to grow…Everyone is so easy to work with… Such a blessing and wonderful experience to be part of this team.
