Kevin and team are wonderful educators and communicators, which is exactly what you need while navigating the home buying experience. Brad was our loan manager and he made sure everything was lined up exactly how it need to be for a closing date of a little over 3 weeks after going under contract.

  These guys have helped me, my brother, and sister with the steps necessary to improve our credit fast, and smoothly brought us from renters to first time home owners. Honestly I don't understand what all the fuss is about when it comes to buying a home. It's either not a big deal or these guys are just that good at eliminating the grief that typically comes from purchasing a home. I would highly recommend giving Logan a call if you are tired of apartment living and paying rent.

  So happy we chose Martini Mortgage! Everybody I’ve spoken to has been extremely informative and helpful. From Katie, to Logan and the of course the loan manager Brad. They handle everything from an online portal that’s easy to navigate . Not to mention they got us an AWESOME interest rate. I imagine home buying can be stressful (first time home buyer) but i can’t relate ... because they walked me through everything and answered every single one of my questions .
