  Mike Taylor was very helpful. Always staying on top of everything and making us aware of every step. Even with my stressful anxious wife, he knew how to keep her nerves down! Buying a house is very bittersweet but he knew how to keep us motivated. Thank you for all the help! Oh and our closing date was done a week earlier! Mike said the 28th and he sure nailed it! 😁

  Jo Anna and Christine always responded quickly, answered all of my questions and held my hand along the way as a first time home buyer. I couldn’t recommend her team more. I felt important, like my questions weren’t silly to them, but valid, and I got quick, meaningful answers.   As first-time home buyers, my wife and I were quite terrified honestly of how the process would be and how it would unfold. PRMI, specifically Chad, Lauren, and Carrie were phenomenal in helping guide us through the process and answering any and every question we had, all the way from application to closing. Honest and upfront the entire way. There's absolutely no one else I would recommend for a mortgage.

  This is the 2nd time using Prime Residential and specifically Mike Taylor. I came back because of the great service they provided me the first time and second time around did not disappoint. The whole team was very informative and responsive to questions or concerns. Everything went off without a hitch and we closed on time on our new home. Would happily use them again and not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

  I had the pleasure with working with Bri! She was simply amazing throughout the entire process! I was probably the biggest pain but she continuously reassured me and worked hard for me!
