  This finance company is the worst I have ever experienced. I have only been with them a few months and almost immediately I have been harrased and spoken to with an attitude by every rep I have spoken to. They charge additional fees and have an attitude all the time when you question anything. One day past the monthly date and they're calling 3 times a day worse than IRS. Even if you have a legit reason to not Making payment on time like when your check posts a day after payment and you have no choice but to pay it after... it's already noted to credit agency that your account is delinquent even tho there's a grace period. I highly and strongly recommend you go elsewhere if you ever come across this company for financial assistance. WORST IN THE BUSINESS...STAY AWAY!!!! All those that left positive reviews work for the company..STAY AWAY...IM TELLIN YOU!!!

  Horrible customer service. Stay away! I just called 8 times to speak to a supervisor about my account and they hung up on me 7 times. Every single person I spoke to had a horrible attitude. You can tell just by the tone of their voice they hate working there! I even gave the My account number and they kept saying it was wrong. I repeated all the Information in spanish and finally they found my account. In 2 years I have had nothing but problems when trying to get information on my account. If you need a loan go to your nearest credit union. These people are nuts don't know how they're able to stay in business with the type of customer service they provide.

  They don't return your phone calls, they make threats and they guy told me he likes to play games. they lied and said I missed a payment and it reflected negative 51 points on my credit score and they will not return my calls to fix their mistake. They will hear from my attorney next. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Hi everyone so please be careful with accumulating late fees with Lobel Financial because it doesn't reflect in your statements. They keep those late fees hidden from customers in your statements so you should be able to keep track of them or ask. They have unclear billing statements and have the highest interest rates out there. Please be careful with this company because the billing statements provided from Lobel are not accurate. Count your debt right! They might be adding interest so be careful.

  They are very rude and mistreat people when you call to find out why they charge so much interest on a car payment when everything is being paid on time they are thieves be careful
