  Julian and his team is the team to have. He was there when I had any questions. Wether it was through a phone call or text, he always replied in promptly manner. Broke down numbers for me just to make me understand where I stood as far as knowing what I needed/could afford.   Julian could not have done a better job during my home purchase process. This was my first experience purchasing a home and I started out with Rocket Mortgage as my Lender. Unfortunately, after 30 days and no performance, I made the decision to switch lenders to someone that I trusted. Julian was able to save my home experience and turn it into a great one. Not only did Julian close our home in less than two weeks, but he kept constant communication with me throughout the process, to ensure it would be a good experience.
