  Plain and simple, Adam is the nicest person and the best at what he does. We used Adam a couple of times, for a refinance and recently for a purchase. Adam is very knowledgeable, professional, and very dedicated to his work. It was a pleasure working with him and of course his awesome team. He guided my husband and I though the entire mortgage process and helped us get a great rate. He is very organized and precise. He made the mortgage process easy and offered great guidance throughout the entire process. He was always quick to respond all of our questions and was always easily accessible. We absolutely loved working with him and highly recommend him.

  I reached out to Adam a few months ago for a loan since it was my first time buying a house and he was referred to me by a close friend. I was extremely confused with the whole process , but Adam and his team helped guide me through the hurdles and eased the anxiety of the process. Unfortunately, my escrow was longer than normal (due to the seller) but Adam helped strategize a great plan with me and my real estate agent to get the best possible deal. I shopped around for a couple months to find the best rate, and I am glad that Adam provided me the best rate and closing costs I could find. The best part of the process for me was his availability and transparency throughout the whole process; no matter what day or time it was I always felt comfortable calling or texting Adam since he always assured me him and his team are available to service me and help me through the process. A very stressful time for me became manageable, and I can't help but thank Adam and his team for that. I will be referring him to my friends and family for a long time to come. Thanks Adam!

  We just bought a house in this crazy market and we cannot speak highly enough of Adam. We asked a bunch of questions, sometimes late at night or even on the weekend, and he never made us feel like an inconvenience. He knows his stuff and we felt 100% comfortable working with him and trusting him with this important step. We have a credit union that we were considering working with and we're SO glad we chose Adam instead. He made the entire process seamless and kept us informed every step of the way. We cannot express how grateful we are to him we'll definitely work with him again in the future!

  Where do I begin? Professional, extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy kind, attentive, understanding ... the list can go on. Adam and his team have helped me with two home purchases now and I am a customer for life! You can't put a price on the sense of security and safety I felt with him handling my loans and walking along side me during the whole process. I highly recommend Adam and his team!

  Have worked with Adam and his team a couple of times now on refinance opportunities, and I can't say enough about how great of an experience it always is. He and his team are great communicators and their ability to move the process along is amazing, love the e-Sign features! I know a lot of time this process of buying or refinancing a property can seem daunting and stressful, but Adam ad his team take the worry out of the whole process by keeping you in the loop every step of the way. Always a pleasure to work with him and the team over the years.

  Highly recommend working with Adam. This was my first refinance and he was extremely helpful during this process. He is great and is always available (even nights and weekends). He answered all my questions and, when anything changed in the loan process he took the time to explain. He really cares and always wants to do the best possible outcome for his clients.   Adam and his team are seriously amazing. My wife and I were buying a house, a new build, and ran into some issues with their loan team. I called Adam, and he was able to get work out a loan for us that was better than anything the builder was able to give us. Not only that, but he did it very quickly. We were receiving a lot of pressure from our builder, but Adam did a great job of communicating with them and represented us well. Adam and his team did a great job of communicating with my wife and I, they kept us informed of every step along the way. It really helped to streamline the loan process. I seriously don't think we would have been able to close on our home without him and his team.

  With Adam at Mark 1 Mortgage we had the best experience refinancing our home loan and HELOC. He worked very hard to make sure we had the best deal possible, locking in low interest rates, and re-configuring the loans several times until they were just right for us. We really felt like he was looking out for our best interest.
