  Naz and Loan Verse are absolutely amazing. They took over two of my sisters transactions from wells fargo, which was a cash out refi on her rental, AND then used the cash for her new purchase loan (all Mid transaction) and still closed it way sooner and cheaper than they could have. I think we literally closed from start to finish in 21 days. Hands down best lender I've ever used. And I'm in Real Estate and have gone through tons!

  At first I was very nervous about using them since there were not many reviews regarding them. During the experience there is lots of things that came up that ended up pushing our loan to take longer to find than they were expecting. But the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and getting the process completed. Are out-of-pocket was very minimal compared to typical loans. I would recommend loan verse to anyone who needed to have assistance with obtaining loan. Just remember any estimated close date they give you is just an estimate and deadlines may change.

  Unprofessional, be very careful if you must deal with LOANVERSE , After my wife and i looked at our final settlement statement we realized that we were over charge for 5 items. Now when I called and try to speak to "KATTY" OR "SHALAMAR' to resolve this matter all I get is "that there busy on the other line" cant take my call and will return my call but they never do!! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

  Hi Mr. Valdez, The ladies you mentioned in your complaint are NOT employees of Loanverse as they work for an independent escrow company. We are very sorry to hear about the bad experience you had with the escrow company and their employees for your loan transaction. Loanverse does not like to have an unhappy client for any reason. There is no excuse for any business not to answer and or clarify the clients’ questions and or concerns, this includes escrow companies, title companies, appraisal companies and our staff here at Loanverse. I would also suggest that you make a comment on their Web page. In closing we do appreciate your business and are truly sorry for the bad experience you had with that escrow company.
