      Horrible experience with Union Bank, this customer service people are incompetent and don't know much about customer service. I have DC account that I open some time ago. They send me letter stating if I don't contact them, they will make my account inactive. CD dose not expired yet. I call, spoke with two different representatives and they could not help me due to unable to verified my account after I give them all my personal information include my SS number, last 4 digit of my account, name, address, email, phone number associate with my account etc. They insist to know when I open my account. I am at work and don't have this info with me. All I ask was when what is my CD expiration date Horrible service from Union Bank, very disappointed. Sorry I ever open account with them. Never have any issue with my other banks Rating will be minus 0 but not available Very frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Every time we go to union bank, We go straight to our banker Mrs. Arpi K. She is knowledgeable, extremely helpful and caring. She takes her time to resolve our issues, Gives us great financial advice and dies all this with a smile.
