Mikael Karlsson1Their branch manager Nicholas Cardona needs a performance review from corporate. As a Wells Fargo customer of 22 years, my interaction with him will be the single reason why I’m moving my accounts. I walked into to his branch and there were about 12-15 employees there. No customers. He approaches saying I have to have an appointment to speak to a banker about opening a new account. Why, I asked. There are no customers here, and you seem to have a large team just standing around, so you are not short staffed. No one is wearing masks, so it cannot be due to Covid. If it’s policy, then the policy is flawed and he should not hide behind it. Policy should never be an excuse to provide basic customer services and conduct your core business, in this case opening a new bank account.

maral rahmani1The worst high level employees ever. I used to receive my wire transfers within 3 days. but now it's been 2 weeks that Mrs. Mitra Katz has contacted me to go to the branch to sign the ofac letter. I still haven't received my money. I went to the branch 3 times to follow up this amazing person haven't even tried to say hi to me and she kept ignoring me. I'm just surprised how she got to a high position where she is. I'm 100% sure that she forgot to send my signed letter to ofac on-time and that's the reason they haven't released my money yet. The funny thing is that she said to one of her co workers that she's sent it out but she thinks that I have the original form. How is that even possible that I have the original copy, and she sent it out? Anyways if I don't receive my money and it goes back to its origin I have to file a claim to BBB.

Nicoholas Cardona(branch manager) had me wait there 1.5 hours on Apr 26th, just to tell me I should “go home and make an appointment) I asked why no one said anything about 2 hours ago? He said “I’m understaffed” . He made no apologies at all, extremely rude and frustrating

Big John2Just went I'm there. The young man that helped me was slouched in his chair like he was at home on the sofa about to fall asleep. He is definitely doing the bare minimum. There were plenty of bankers and a supervisor in the location. They must be all related. Since covid happen I gave up on service being professional. I'm just looking for polite and I didn't even get that.

Pari Esfandiari1This branch do not deserve even one star, The staff are incompetent. Even depositing a check is problematic for them. God forbidden if you ask something about business or retirement account. They have to call the main office to ask direction. They are not informed enough to be able to explain the request and instead of apologizing for their ignorance and for wasting your time, they argue to justify their incompetence. No wonder that businesses are switching to Robots, they would do better job than this lot.

Jennifer A1I just left there, waited inline for a while which I don't mind. But the brunette banker woman with pink floral dress gave me a nasty glare and acted like I was going to rob the bank or something. She waited until I was done which was only 2 min. She said goodbye in a very snooty, b!tchy arrogant attitude. I've been keeping my money at wells Fargo for almost 2 decades. I think it's time to withdraw all my money from these snooty good for nothing assh#les. Thanks for helping me making that decision flower woman. I will withraw all my money and never bank with Wellsfargo again!!

Brynne Heatley1I would give this place zero stars if I could. They wouldn't let me deposit a check that had been slightly damaged by the postal service. I said "Why not? You can still clearly read all the information." she laughed and said "I mean, I can see through it." So I went home and did it myself via mobile deposit. Boom.
