  William Matiz Jr. is very attentive by communicating often, providing constant updates, and always responds to calls or texts. It was the quickest and easiest refinance I have experienced. Working with William was a pleasure. I highly recommend him. You won’t find someone better than him.

  Roderick did a great job, but for me to come to the table twice and be surprised by the loan amount is disappointing. The first time they forgot to include the 7k I said I would bring to the table. Last night I received a document Jock saying my loan amount would be $422,303 today it was $423, 400. I had to call Roderick to get an explanation. I will continue to use you guys, but only because I like Roderick.

  We apologize for the oversight Steven, on a VA IRRRL loan most borrower ask for the cash to close to be zero, so this was definitely an oversight on our part and we apologize for it. However the reason the loan amount went up is because the first payment got moved from march to april.

  Melissa Tucker was amazing to work with!!! I shopped around at several VA specialized companies and Melissa got us the best rate. Closing costs were super low. No matter time of day or day of week Melissa replied to emails usually within minutes. Super smooth process and excellent results.

  The Re-Fi went through very fast. Documents were easy to upload. Kenneth Kinzalow was really great and always available to answer questions. The only thing I don't like is the first payment has to be sent in through the mail instead of being able to set up and access your mortgage account right from the beginning.

  It was a pleasure working with LoanUnited on refinancing my VA home loan. My loan officer William Matiz Jr kept me informed and plainly showed me the effects of the refinance. It was an absolute pleasure working with him and we were able to close the loan much earlier than originally estimated. William even answer my emails on the weekend, truly above and beyond service.   So, I started this process for a VA Refinance loan in March. It seemed great, but I always found myself having to make numerous attempts for information about closing dates. One month went by and on the 25th of April, after many emails and phone calls not returned, I finally got ahold of Mr. D. Cooper, my contact. He at first mistook me for another customer, but after I informed him who I was, and that I needed to know if I was closing in the next 2 days or if I should make my mortgage payment, he flipped it and said I was next on his list to call and tell me to make a payment. So I did, along with the $70 late penalty. So May 14th, I called again and was told by my loan processor to make a payment if I want to only skip 1 payment, or to let it go and skip 2 payments(May and June). So she sounded confident enough, I let it go. I now just emailed her again, and she responded to make the payment...with all associated late fees. So, now I sit here having not been late on a single bill payment in over 10 years, or ever a mortgage payment late until working with this company. I wanted to save money, instead I have paid more over the past 2 months during the covod pandemic which I was trying to save money for. They do not care about people, and if anyone at loan united wants to counter me, I have every single email I have sent as well as ones I have received from them backing every word. Avoid this company at all costs.
