  Liz, Armillio and the other sweet lady was awesome!!! All three make a great team, execellent customer service, positive atmosphere and great work ethic! Liz made sure I understood what I was getting into from A to Z I felt confident knowing that I would get past my financial difficulty and be successful on paying the loan completely off. The first time I contacted a location in Austin the lady was very unprofessional so I decided not to do business with Lonestar. Few weeks later I contacted the manor location had no idea I was calling this location and spoke with Liz she was so kind and so understanding I was willing to drive an extra 20 minutes because of her respectful hospitality!!! Thank you Liz you rock!!!!! Awesome Team!!

  We bought a car and when we ran the title we found out Loan Star Title Loans had a lien on the vehicle. We called them to get information to pay off the loan. Instead of calling us back to "problem solve" they snuck over and towed the car. It had all of my daughter's musical equipment in the car. The refused to let us get our stuff from the car, even though we had proof that we purchased the vehicle. They said we would have to wait a week!! This equipment is used DAILY for my daughter's job. She supports her baby singing. We bought the car in good faith. We repaired the car. This lender has done everything possible to screw us further. Don't get a loan from them. If this is how they treat people trying to give them money, I don't wanna see how the treat people who need to borrow money. THey repoed that car just so they could add on more fees! Then the manager and regional manger refused to return calls. Title loans are always a rip off, but these people are CROOKS. They could care less who they harm with their cut throat tactics.
