      I started my refinance journey last 1/28/21. I spoke to Rozie McCarter and told her my goals: to get a lower interest rate on my mortgage, pay off my credit card debt, car loan and timeshare and also to get some cash out to renovate my bathrooms. She told me it would take around 30-45 days for it to be ready. It was smooth sailing after I gave the needed documents. I just waited and also answered some needed information along the way but other than that it was all just waiting. Finally they contacted me saying I need to sign papers for closing disclosure and few days after that , on 3/3/21, I got the money on my account. It took 34 days from start to finish. Loan snap delivered their promise and also met all the goals that I set at the beginning. I am happy with their service and will recommend them to my friends and family.

      I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to get our re-fi through LoanSnap. First time refinancing that everything was done online except the final signing, which was much less paperwork than we have had in the past. Jacob and his team were there for questions we had. Would definitely recommend.

      I filled out an inquiry on lending tree and recieved several quotes from different mortgage companies. LoanSnap seemed competitive and cost-saving, so i clicked their information to learn more. They took me to a portal where they already were requesting W2's, Loan Statement, and similar sensitive documents. I tried to livechat, and ultimately called their phone #. I did so, because they had no loan estimate or quote on the portal, despite wanting all of those documents. I wanted to learn more. The rep i was connected with offered video chat, which i accepted. I was conneted with "Rozie", who went on to take some basic info. She stated right away, "We dont' try to hard sell people, and want to learn if we would be a good fit for eachother. At the end of our convo, please promise to tell me if you don't like our offer, and what about it you dont' like, so that we can work together." Rozie went on to ask me several motivational questions from a script, and it was clear that she was more interested in gaining emotional investment from me. She offered several compliments on my "high profile" credit & debt status, and told me things like "you are clearly strict with your finances, that is great". She also asked questions about who else would be helping me make my decisions. Several times i requested to get a loan estimate and details. Ultimately, she offered me, verball over video, the general interest rate and details. I asked for that to be sent in a hard copy, to which she replied "we dont' just throw numbers out there, we don't try to hard sell people." She also followed up with asking about what other offers i've seen, how they compare to LoanSnap, and what i dont' like about her offer. I reminded Rozie again that her offer was mostly in line with what i've seen today and over the last month, but that it was 8:30am and i would be comparing loan estimates all day. I was dissapointed that i would have to spend out of pocket cash for closing costs, but she said she did not have other options. She also refused to send me any information for my comparison of loan estimates later in the day, and wanted to instead set up an appointment. She offered a 14 day closing period (which is incredible and probably attractive to most buyers). When i declined, saying my plan was to call whatever company offered me the best loan estimate, she again said they didn't operate that way as they don't try to sell people, and she asked me more emotive questions about how i "feel". I again said that i wasn't working based on subjective feelings, and only objective facts. I reminded her that despite her saying she and her company dont' do "hard selling", her entire script was filled with gaining commitment through emotive conversation and emotional investment, which is normally a highly effective sales technique. She became visibly upset and said "you know what, you've been very critical of us, and i dont' think we are a good fit for eachother and i dont' think we should offer you our services. goodbye." For the record, this is not Rozie's fault. Their L&D department and sales managers give her the script. But this kind of sales technique could result in diminishing their brand and maybe even cause legal issues... as high pressure sales becomes a slippery slope. To any prospective loan buyers out there... beware of rushed sales like this! At worst, you could get into a sketchy loan deal. And at best, remember you have the right to compare, ask lenders to compete, and choose what works best for you.

      I was looking to refinance my current mortgage in late February. I contacted several lenders such as Better Mortgage, Rocket Mortgage, Amerisave, and a couple others that I cannot remember off the top of my head. Better Mortgage gave me the best rate at first but after talking to Rozie at Loansnap she was able to beat the other offer. What set Loansnap apart, besides the lower fees, was how Rozie kept in contact with me through out the process. She would answer my questions pretty quick and was friendly in doing so. I was worried about the closing time frame but I am pretty sure they closed my loan within about 30 days. I would recommend anyone to give them a try.

      I decided to put my info into LendingTree and I got a call from LoanSnap within like 5 minutes. They were really easy to talk to and sympathized with my current situation (I was trying to refinance with another company who were a nightmare and each day a whole new person was popping up and saying they were now working with me and didn't know what the last person had done! Avoid Freedom Mortgage!!!) This is my third refinance and this time, with Loansnap, I was able to get a 2.75 interest rate- I had been at 4.1 with Roundpoint. For the entire time doing the refi process, I worked with one, and only one person, Jacob Scavuzzo. Jacob was wonderful to work with. He was extremely responsive and always gave me a simple, direct, and easy to understand answer. My experience with LoanSnap happened to go extremely well and smooth. The only slight snafu, which wasn't really a problem, was they sold my loan so fast, that on 2/28 I got a letter saying I needed to pay a new company on 3/01. The number on the letter was wrong too. But Jacob was able to respond immediately and give me the correct number and I made my first payment through the automated system. Today (3/3) the official packet from Arvest finally arrived explained how to set up Automatic Withdrawal, etc. So 99.999% of my experience was super smooth and I would recommend anyone refi with them and work with Scavuzzo.
