  Had it not been for Suzette, I wouldn't have been able to even prevail in my offer, let alone close escrow. She delivered the knockout blow to the sales agent and because of her, they didn't consider any other offer during the hottest seller's market in recent years. We closed on time and with a lower interest rate than promised. She's also very personable and easy to talk to. Onward and upward, Suzette! Thank you.

  Suzette is an AMAZING professional. She was able to secure a loan for me with my complicated financial situation. She worked very hard and was so responsive - always calling me back and always pushing for my best interest. I highly recommend her expertise and network of lenders to secure a mortgage loan. She was able to accomplish what 5 other lenders could not do, and that was getting me a fix 30 year loan. I know that she does very high end properties for her clients that have complex financial portfolios, but she put all her love into my situation that was a single family, owner occupied home for me and my family.   Suzette is the bomb. Personable. Professional. We had some issues, but she found a way to get us a great loan at great rate. Sweet as a bunny, works hard like a shark!
