  Absolutely the worst BofA in this area. They close for no reason. They’re always short on employees. Don’t not bank here.

  Terrible management! I got there when they opened and had to stand outside in the heat with a large group waiting for bank to open the doors. Once inside, I had to wait another 20 minutes for someone to tell me it was going to be another 30 minutes for someone to help me. Will not go back to this poorly managed branch.

  The employee who helped me was very friendly. However I felt bad that they only had one teller at the counter with about 10 people on line. Eventually someone else came over. Clean, quiet, no complaints.

  I’ve had some issues getting stuff done online and via the phone, so it was quite a surprise and a pleasure when I was greeted so warmly when I walked in this branch. Trevor explained the situation and took care of my issues in no time. Definitely earned a new level of respect with this interaction. Well done.

  I went into the bank with my deposit ready for the teller. I got in line but was told I had to wait for two people who were at the service desk in the lobby filling out their slips. I was told that they had been waiting and I said that clearly they weren't but it didn't matter. This made no sense to me. This is my landlady's bank. I certainly will never have an account there !

  Outstanding service. Very helpful, professional and knowledgeable staff. I have worked with them for nearly 2 years and the service has been consistently outstanding. The location is easy to access with plenty of parking. No drive through.

  Can't GET THROUGH on the phone and online appointment apt. Worthless service so far. I will need to drive in and see if their are any humans on site!

  Rude and unprofessional staff. They just want to pounce on people who come in and they don't know what the word "NO" means.
