  Marvaw was extremely helpful & patient helping me cash in my savings bonds. Especially considering I do not have an account with Wells Fargo and was turned away when trying to cash them at my own bank (Chase). It was a lengthy process & they still took the time to help. Thanks again to the Wells Fargo Laguna Team ❤️

  This bank has been majorly letting me down lately. All the agents are driven by sales. I've been trying to close a savings account, and every time they open more for me, without my knowledge, lying to me about what they are doing. Borderline illegal.

  A man tried to mug my mom here, after he tried to mug two other women before her. She left and called them and asked why there wasn't security and the guy said his manager got rid of security because they didn't need it. They asked what the mugger looked like and after my mom described him they said oh we've called the cops on the guy like 3-4 times in the past... Terrible management

  Do not go to this location, the valet guy is super rude they charge 15$ for parking he proceeded to call me a low life, manager came out and did absolutely nothing. Please hire more polite employees who understand customer needs. Thank you
