  Love this Chase bank!!! Everytime I come in I am greeted and all the staff is beyond helpful and friendly! I really get the boutique bank kind of vibe here because just how friendly and customer service oriented everyone is. I live in Garden Grove but drive down to this branch because of how I am treated!

  The staff is amazing! They greeted me when I walked in. The teller was very kind. And when I left they even said bye and have a great day. This was perfect customer service. I felt valued there because of everyone on the team did their part.

  Avoid this branch. Take your business down the road to the branch off of Jamboree. The staff at the counter was rude and were having a side conversation while assisting customers. I have been doing business with chase the same way for 5+ years, but this one would only service me if I opened a business account. They told me the previous way was a mistake. I went down the street the the branch off of Jamboree and I was in/out in 5 minutes.

  Always dread coming to this bank and branch. The "service fee" for Euros is a joke...hello, it cost a stamp for someone else to mail it to you and you opened an envelope. For what you charge to do that at least act like it isnt the hardest most annoying thing you had to do. Service here sucks!

  Service is good here and there is a lot of bankers. Very nice bank. They have recently replaced many of the tellers with advanced ATM machines so there might be a line if there's a lot of people wanting to speak to a teller in person.

  It's my local branch and have had lots of experience with this location. 3 ATMs. I've often had to wait in line for both the ATM and the counter service. Larger branch serving a higher volume of clientele. Pleased with the service when there's no waiting.
