  Very dissatisfied with this company, they had been taken my payments out of my account atound the 4th of each month. Then this month they decided to take out the payment on the 1st of the month causing my bank account to be over drawn the person O spoke to kept repeating himself then they triedto blame it on my bank stating that my bank put the transaction in . I am very displeased as well as disappointed. Wish I had researched this company a little more. . They have very poor and illegal business practices.

  Horrible customer service and lending practices. My father took out a loan for $2500 and due to his credit situation and he was in a pinch agreed to their high interst rate, somewhere over 100%. In any case he started his loan in July or August of 2016 and he made his first payment on time then tragically passed unexpectedly in September of 2016. Unfortunatley no one was aware of the loan and it immediately defaulted and they charged him over $2000 in interest. I found out about this loan because of his computer so I contacted them to settle all his debts and i presented his death certificate but they would not give me any information or help me settle this with them. We then get a notification from his 401k that my mother was taking over and they had taken out $4200 to pay off his debt with them. This is one f the shadiest things I have ever heard of and I do not know how its legal. They took advantage of his death and would not work with us to settle the actual loan amount plus a REASONABLE and my mother who has no way to support herself beyond the money from my father's 401k, is left picking up the tab on something she did not know about, worst off they will not even give her any information or paperwork showing this was paid and closed because she is not on the account. Overall horrible tactics and terrible human beings - definitely should be called a loan shark. I will make it my mission for the next few years to post everywhere that this company is garbage - I will even take out youtube and google and Facebook ads targeting you if needed, I have the money I don't care, have fun.

  They took us thru this whole shebang from 6:45 am to 6:30 pm. Alllll day! Said they had already checked our credit (me 635, my husband 716). Said we were approved for $15K. Got all of our info from our bank, the works! Took all day to get, just for them to then tell us we were declined. I was mad asf! Went somewhere else and got what we needed...

  Awesome experience with this company. Alan Oviedo helped me and explained all the different styles of loans that they had available. They have a large verity of plan that will fit every type of situation that will fit all types of necessities.

  Absolutely the worst! They will scam you out of so much money. Although it is a high interest they forget to mention that the first year is ALL interest! Unless your're planning on paying it back in less then 30 days think twice before getting a loan from these sharks!

  Once they talk you into the loan they will never take your call or get back to you. Unless you are calling to make a payment, the automated phone system does not even work. Worst customer service ever. You've been warned. ⚠️

  I was trying to give them zero stars but I was FORCED to choose one. If you can afford to pay ABOUT $500 MORE than the $2200 they actually give you after taxes and fees within a few weeks they are wonderful!! If NOT this will become a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!! I STRUGGLED as they took $400 a month adding late fees and returned fees every month on top of the ALMOST 200% INTEREST. I made every single $400 monthly payment since MAY 2016 including a $600 payment June of 2016, mind you calling the company crying to them that the loan is killing me after knowing I paid by FAR what I borrowed. SEEING HOW $400 X 7 is 2800 and started asking for help around NOV 2016. MIND YOU I ONLY RECEIVED $2200. ALREADY THATS AN APPROX $600 PROFIT. THE COMPANY TOLD ME its what I signed up for. So when I got my taxes and went to pay them off I asked for a settlement amount and they REFUSED stating they don't settle and I owed another WAPPING $1277. Needless to say I paid that off and asked for an itemized statement showing all billing including payments and fees. If they only allowed me to screenshot the BS they sent me which shows NOTHING of my PAYMENTS, just that I paid them off, and IT states I borrowed 2525. NOTHING ABOUT 400X10 MONTHS +1277=$5277..... $5277-2200= ABOUT A $3000 PROFIT FROM A SINGLE MOTHER MAKING ABOUT $30000 A YEAR.... They TOOK 10%OF MY INCOME AND they are NOT EVEN JESUS.... And they took my credit score DOWN to a 300. But hey like they said, i signed up to be royaly done up the anal with no lube. Gee thanks LOAN ME. ME AND MY FOUR CHILDREN REALLY APRPRECIATED YOUR BUSINESS IN THEE MOST SARCASTIC VOICE EVER!!!! AND SINCE I PROMISED NOT TO CUSS ILL JUST USE THE MIDDLE FINGER EMOJI INSTEAD🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕 MANY OF THEM!!!

  Great service from Kerrigan. The rates are high, but traditional financing for small businesses is almost impossible in today's market. Look at it as if you used a high-rate credit card. Pay off as quick as you can to save interest. Go into the loan with our eyes open.

  I applied for a loan and got approved I payed back everything within three months I understood the interest rate and understood it's high. I'm applying for a second loan and I' have the same problem I had the first time. My only problem with this company are the reapresetatives. The advertising says it's fast and easy and it definitely isn't. They don't send you the money right away first time I applied took almost two weeks to get the money because the reapresetative that was helping me never picked up or return my calls. I'd fax everything accordingly and they always claimed nothing was received. This second time I've applied the reapresentative that originally helped me can't be reached. I ask if someone else can help me and one after another reapresentative just hang up on me. This company seriously needs to pay attention to the people it has working for them because all the reapresentative are doing. is driving business away. If you like to be ignored and not taken into consideration the fact you need help then get your loan elsewhere. I got approved twice and in these two times its a headache!! All because of the reapresentatives.

  Excellent customer service 👍🏼 Kenny my agent was very polite, respectful and knowledgeable. He make sure I'm aware of the terms and conditions, answered all my questions. They helped me a lot during my husband's work relocation. Outstanding! 😊 A+++
