  I walked in and the first thing you see is that the interest is over 300% (i think exact it's 308%?) for EVERYBODY. Okay, well it's my first time here so I decided to talk to them about it. WELL, the lady was SUPER RUDE. She gave me attitude and just wanted me to hurry up and take the loan but she couldn't even tell me how much I could borrow because they had to have manager approval first. I didn't really understand the process as she just kept telling me how much I would pay every month but didnt tell me how much was going to interest, how their interest is accrued or just in general how their process works. And the more I got confused the more attitude she gave me! I walked out. Never coming back. DON'T do a title loan unless you're really deep in the hole and you absolutely need to. Look for other alternatives and if you've searched far and wide and there's nothing, then do it. But keep in mind you'll be paying much much more than you borrowed. IF you do decide to do it my advice is: GO NEXT DOOR. Their interests vary and is not fixed on over 300% for EVERYBODY. I got a loan from them with much lower interest. Plus their workers are SUPER. They explained the WHOLE process to me thoroughly, showed me examples of payments and made sure I understood everything before I took the loan. They also didn't get mad or give me attitude when I didn't understand something.

  Terrible!!!!! They LIE and CHEAT you out of money. They tell you one thing and do another. Bottom line, they are thieves. DO NOT DO A TITLE LOAN, you will spend thousands and still most likely loose your vehicle. ( I was lucky enough to have family help me out of the situation. Don't count on this.) If you do find yourself f***ed and in this situation, go to a bank, get a loan, have family co sign of you have to. But get it taken care of ASAP. I was a month behind and when I went in to pay off the loan I found out that they had been trying to repossess it for the past week. I called every single day that month and asked if I was at risk for repossession and they said "no it will be a long time before that happens". These people pray on the vulnerable and desperate. What they do is illegal in the state of MN and for good reason. Don't make the same mistake as me.
