  I called about a car title loan and started explaining that I'm in between jobs and never got a car title loan. I asked how it works. The dude had already hung up. Called back with no answer. Called another place and she explained instantly that I needed proof of income. Bad customer service from this guy.

  This is the best place to get a title loan, Efrain and his staff are super helpful and understanding to the fullest. They are quick so you don’t have to wait for ever to get your loan at all. I recommend this place over any other title loan company! Thank you guys!

  This used to be the best title loan company to work with but unfortunately they have been bought by another company. The issue is they no longer work with nationwide banks/Wells Fargo. The work with a midwest bank called Commericial Bank who is now being boughy out by a different banking system. The office manager told me that Commerical bank was affiliated with Chase which turned out to be inaccurate. Now my own bank put a 3 day hold on funds I needed immediately hence doing a title loan. I would NOT use them any longer! Be advised!
