  The girl working at front desk was very clear with the instructions. I wish i could've just gotten the same title i gave her but no problem. I'll definitely be returning for another loan if i get in a bind again. I do suggest you pay your car asap. The interest adds up if you wait but it's worth it in the meantime when you're broke. Do a loan if you have to. Don't listen to people who tell you it's a bad idea. Be responsible, make your payment and nothing bad will happen. I missed a few payments because i forgot but i didn't delay more than 3 days and nothing terrible happened. They are good people helping good people. 5 star.

  A particularly rough few months ....needed a quick finiacial solution. Got one here at loan max. Carol was pleasant....friendly professional and quick. If you need a quick fix and own your car this is a great option

  We obtained a small loan on our car and went back a week later to repay the loan in full. We were told that our car title they had taken, was now at motor vehicles dept and it would take weeks to get it back. It has now been over 4 months and no car title. We keep going back to loan max to try and get the title and they talk in circles. Contacted motor vehicles to try and get duplicate title only to find out we cannot because there is still a lien on our car!!!! This outfit is a bunch of crooks..RUN!! The reviews they have that are good are probably all bogus too. I am reporting them to BBB. I don’t normally write reviews but wanted to save someone else from getting tangled up with these crooks!!!

  Carol at Loan Max, is one of the best in this industry! The office in Seabrook NH has been nothing but friendly, extremely courteous. They have helped me out when I needed it the most! Great job Carol and staff ..GREAT STAFF .....

  we have used them quite a few times they work with you if you need more time always happy when you go in there they ask you how your day is very very nice people in there especially this one lady Carol I would recommend them to family and friends

  Wont let you pay early or extra with your card .... super crappy customer service skills.... you end up paying your loan 3x over if not more.. every time you talk to them the amount you owe changes nothing is consistent..not even sure how it's legal....people needing help getting these loans end up hurting themselves more

  This is a good place to get a loan with no credit check it’s convient the woman are very nice especially Carol they work with you if your having trouble at some point. But if your late with payments your screwed!!!! A lot of money u pay back and then some I wouldn’t recommend one doing this unless u are in serious trouble and need cash right away
