  Great place to get a loan. The young lady working was very professional (Caitlin) Caitlin has been the best person working there in years. You go to other similar establishments and they don't make you feel comfortable, like here. I am recommending to my friends and family.

  I came into your business earlier and the young lady was the only one working and she was swamped but she handled it like a champ. She didnt get flustered and actually was pretty entertaining making all of us laugh ..it made the wait worth it. Her professional and down to earth personality was awesome!

  The loan process was handled in a VERY professional and timely manner. The entire staff were not only professional, they were very friendly (big smiles & welcoming greeting), they were also very knowledgeable, patient, helpful and thorough. They explained every aspect of my loan in a way I could easily understand, which to me shows me that they know the meaning of and try to maintain a high level of ETHICS. I definitely recomend Loanmax of Alamogordo!!

  It was frustrating fir us to have to get a title loan, but Caitlin is an exceptional customer service representative along with Alex. I have dealt with other title loan companies in this town and they are by far the most explanatory and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone.
