  Great communication from Heather and her entire team. Responded to questions we had in a very timely manner, always very professional and polite. Very patient with us when we had trouble with our income. They always called to check in weekly to see if we were doing alright and if we had any questions for them. Would 100% recommend to anyone. I will also be using then again the next time I need their services!

  The entire HFG team was great in communicating with me and making sure I understood the entire process. We’re quick to respond and answer questions, return phone calls. They even called once a week to check to make sure I didn’t have any additional questions even if I had spoke with them multiple times that day already. Definitely recommend using them to buy your next home, I sure will!

  This is the fourth time we have called on Heather and her team to assist us in purchasing a home. In all of these instances, nothing less than exemplary service was provided to ensure that our dreams of purchasing a home were fulfilled. Their excellent communication skills with us during the process of purchasing our home provided us with an amazing peace of mind in what can typically be a stressful process (purchasing a home). Their professionalism with us, and other team players (realtors, financial institutions, insurance agents, etc.) was amazingly consistent from the beginning of the process to the very end.   From start to closing, Heather and the team have been right by my side, facilitating the mortgage process. This has been the easiest and most stress-free process I've ever been a part of. Honestly, except for the amount of time it took (which was actually very expeditious), the entire process was easier than the checkout line at Walmart. I recommend Heather Jones and her team to anyone who is serious about buying a home in Alamogordo, NM

  The whole process from beginning to end, Marcos was excellent! He is knowledgeable, efficient and his customer service is wonderful. The process can be very stressful but Marcos was quick to answer all my questions and alleviate the stress. The update videos along the way were pretty cool! And today I am one very happy homeowner!

  First time homebuyer so was extremely nervous about buying a home. HFG made it super easy. My wife and I asked so many questions and changed quite a few things around but everytime HFG was right there to answer the questions and fix whatever changes we wanted. An awesome first homebuying experience!
