  Dave was an excellent loan offer. He didn't do a big song and dance, he keeps it simple and cuts right to the chase to let us know relevant info about our loan, without overwhelming us with the minutia. We had a long loan process but he stuck with us and answered questions at every step of the way.

One if my favorite qualities of Dave is that he is always available to handle questions and when he needs to get an answer from another team member, he does it quickly. If you are looking for a lender that gets you the best rates, one who is the BEST in terms of communication, and an all around genuine and caring individual, Dave is your guy. I highly recommend him, in fact. This is the 3rd loan/refinance I have drone with him.

  We just worked with Dave to refinance our home and do a cash out to make some home improvements. We weren't sure exactly what we wanted, and asked him to run a bunch of different scenarios for us, which he was gracious enough to do. He then guided us toward the option that was best suited to our needs and that would help us reach our goals. The process was quick and painless. Everything that could be done digitally was, with only one quick in-person signing so we could avoid Covid exposure all the while. Hopefully we won't be going through this process again anytime soon, but if we do, Dave is our guy!
