  My husband and I were planning a move to the area and had contacted Andrea at the beginning of the year to start the application process. Our circumstances changed and we ended up not needing to start the loan process until the end of the year and Andrea remembered us and was excited to work with us again. Once we got going, Andrea and her team were so courteous and helpful throughout the entire process. They provided weekly updates and quickly responded to any questions that we had along the way. I would definitely recommend using Andrea and her team!

  Fabulous experience from beginning to end. Andrea and her team are your own personal mortgage advisors and coaches. They are with you every step of the way and keep in constant contact to let you know status and any updates. Guild also has an amazingly fast and efficient process. Much of it is automated making it so much easier but the team is extremely responsive. Initially we were going to go for a mortgage with our financial institution as we have a 50 year history with them but when they told me it would be days to get an approval letter whereas Andrea turned it around in a matter of hours, the decision was made. Also Guild’s rates are competitive and closing costs reasonable. Very happy with this transaction, we recommend Guild and Andrea Zundel and her team wholeheartedly!

  The Andrea Zundel and her team at Guild Mortgage has exceeded my expectations in terms of customer service and professionalism. They took the time to answer every question, thoroughly and timely.   From the first time I called Andrea Zundel to inquire about getting per-qualified until the loan was funded and we closed on our house Andrea and her team of Paige and Megan were incredibly helpful and on top of everything. We looked at a house before being pre-qualified and fell in love with it so we were already behind but Andrea jumped on it and we were able to get pre-qualified the same day to submit it with our offer. She also called the selling agent to inform them about our circumstances to help make our offer stronger. From there is was a smooth process which the Zundel team kept us informed about the entire way. Guild Mortgage's website also made it easy to communicate, keep track of the process and submit documents. The Zundel team also worked hard to make an early close happen for us. We can not thank the Zundel team enough for helping us buy our home.

  I cannot recommend the Zundel team at Guild Mortgage enough. They guided me through the entire home buying process, from helping me find the right real estate agent (which led to me finding my dream home!) to getting me a fantastic interest rate.   Andrea Zundel is a local lender in the Ashland/Medford OR area, and we worked with her and her Guild Mortgage Company team to buy a townhome in the Ashland OR area. We worked closely with Andrea and Paige Leeper, and we found both to be very communicative, very proactive, and easy to work with, both over the phone and through email. They are local to the area, and had some great recommendations for resources and other partners. Andrea and her team were also willing to help educate this first-time home buyer though all the questions that came up on this process, even after closing, and was very good about talking about rates and fees and where they come from. Her estimate for closing costs was very fair and ensured we had no surprises at the end. And just overall, we found this team to be a great group of people who we really enjoyed working with.
