  Everyone at CapCenter made the mortgage and closing process a breeze. They were fast, proficient, always accessible and extremely professional. They kept me in the loop of every process and helped me close pretty quickly on my house. My realtor was so complimentary on how fast CapCenter made things happen! I highly recommend CapCenter for all your mortgage and closing needs!

  Amazing experience to work with CapCenter. Would not have anticipated a real estate transaction/closing going this easily. Professional team and headache-free closing. Extremely pleased with CapCenter. Heard about them on the radio, initiated the contact and was beyond happy with the rates, the process, and the entire experience.

  Pretty disappointed if I'm being honest. I closed on a home with CapCenter recently and my monthly payment is higher than the amount I signed a Closing Disclosure for when I closed on the house. CapCenter is saying that it's the servicer's fault, and the servicer is saying that CapCenter set up the loan incorrectly. I've already been forced to pay my first month's payment at the higher monthly amount as they still haven't resolved this. I'd be hesitant to recommend CapCenter to any friends/family after this interaction.

  A coworker recommended this and I couldn't be more happy with the outcome. Refinancing was stress free and hands off for me. I hope to use the CapCenter for financing my investment property next!

  We have just completed a refinance on our home in SC. Over the years we have been involved in many refinances or new mortgages. The process has NEVER been this smooth. We worked with Callie Ruane who was professional, efficient, proactive, and a total pleasure with whom to work. We know that our mortgage will be sold now to some other lender but the process with CapCenter could not have been better. Highest recommendations!

  Literally the worst professional customer service experience I’ve ever had. Unreturned phone calls, did not listen to what I was looking for in a refinance. Was 2 days late with no explanation why with my loan estimate. Lied to my face, “I am wrapping up your estimates now” was the response I get when I asked about how it was coming on Their end, And immediately after that response, I get a notification that my credit was finally pulled only After multiple attempts to give this man my business. I wouldn’t chose this company if someone paid me.

  CapCenter and Callie Ruane made our re-fi pleasurable. Their process was smooth and streamlined to the T, Callie was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She made the process remarkably simple and very quick. We are very impressed with her, Brandon and CapCenter and would highly recommend them.
