Austin Reece1Pretty disappointed if I'm being honest. I closed on a home with CapCenter recently and my monthly payment is higher than the amount I signed a Closing Disclosure for when I closed on the house. CapCenter is saying that it's the servicer's fault, and the servicer is saying that CapCenter set up the loan incorrectly. I've already been forced to pay my first month's payment at the higher monthly amount as they still haven't resolved this. I'd be hesitant to recommend CapCenter to any friends/family after this interaction.

We worked with Callie Ruane who was professional, efficient, proactive, and a total pleasure with whom to work. Darren Loveday1Literally the worst professional customer service experience I’ve ever had. Unreturned phone calls, did not listen to what I was looking for in a refinance. Was 2 days late with no explanation why with my loan estimate. Lied to my face, “I am wrapping up your estimates now” was the response I get when I asked about how it was coming on Their end, And immediately after that response, I get a notification that my credit was finally pulled only After multiple attempts to give this man my business. I wouldn’t chose this company if someone paid me.
