  I got pre-approved for a car loan and made an appointment and got assigned to Rajan. He told me he cannot help me because he does not know what I need in order to buy the car. He gave me the customer service number to call and ask for help and sent me away. He stated he’s getting promoted and didn’t want to look like he did not know what he was doing. I called the customer service number and turns out Rajan gave me false information. They already have all my information. They only need the car seller’s 10 day payout notice, which the seller went to the appointment with me. Rajan wasted all of our time.

  Walk right in and was accommodated. Very polite Bank Employees. Workers knew want to do, really quick services. When busy time please be polite to them, the bank workers will do things right for you. Be patient during busy hours.

  Hey was pretty much like any other bank at the banker I spoke with was very nice and polite and somebody even open the door for me when I left yeah I recommend this one for your Golden One credit Union needs I went there I didn't have a bad experience

  Everything was fine until this new app. I'm going on vacation, and now can't get into my account. The only people you're keeping from the account is the account holder, and the only people breaching security is you all asking all those questions.

  Golden 1 Credit Union staff members are very courteous and helpful, especially to handicapped members and there's always a security guard right behind you if you have to use an ATM.

  Deposited check with 7 business days holding. Asked why holding so long, manager (mean and can be rude) said they don't have manpower to call and verify the fund. In the mean time, check can be clear with in 2 days. Imagine how much money or interest they make within those 5 days if they holding from a lot of customers (millions) and you can't get your money if you need it.

  Great customer service, location and banking. There aren't many ATMs that you can get 5 and 10 dollar bills from. This Golden 1 has two AND a sweet change machine!

  I have banked here for five years. The tellers are very nice. Golden One has disappointed me over the years with their predatory banking practices.

  Every time I come here there is a line out the dore not sure if there understaffed or just have a bad set up but nothing ever moves any faster in here
