  Our 1st home and it went rather smoothly. The only problems I remember having were with the sellers not the Nate and Traci were always a huge help couldn't be happier!!

  When others turned me and my family away and didn't care. The Loan Depot team cared for us and about us and said yes and made us apart of there family Rachael and the whole team are awesome and my family and I look forward to having a great relationship with the team at Loan depot as we purchase our first forever home. I will recommend Loan Depot to anyone your never going to find a better company.

  I had a really great overall experience with Loan Depot! My loan officer Casey was extremely helpful and always able to answer my questions in a timely manner (even in the pre-qualification stage before I had officially gone under contract) and that was really nice because I definitely had a ton of questions for her. I know everyone was super busy during this busy low rates time, but it didn't stop them from providing really great customer service throughout the process. Also, the automated emails part was really cool to give me updates along the way and the portal was really cool for checking the status as well. :)

  I was referred to loan depot by my real estate agent. I’m a first time home buyer and had no idea what to expect. Lauren Layman was my loan officer, and I highly recommend her! The process was easier than expected, and my loan officer was very detailed, helpful, and available for all my questions and concerns. Will recommend to all my friends!

  I was referred to this company to get help with credit to qualify for mortgage loan. They falsely told me they could help me qualify for a loan and had me complete an application for no reason. Wasted time with this company.
