  John and April have been incredibly professional and are working hard customer facing to ensure our loan is closed on time and on target. They both have spent countless hours talking through options/ideas and plans with us finding the best instrument available for our project. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a personal experience that will walk you through each step of the process.

  I am trying to give less than one star- I am calling the BBB and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. This company is a scam. They have no familiarity with the l𝗈𝖺𝗇𝗌 they say they offer. They misrepresented the type of loan they said I was getting and after three months they still had not processed to completion any of my loan information . They sent through info a couple of times but were not set up or equipped to actually provide funding. They required funds upfront to run a credit score and to begin a loan application. I am sure trying to fund the day to day for the business that they are trying to start. John Dalton does not respond to phone calls or emails in a timely manner. Harmonee makes all kind of promises that they are not equipped to follow through on. We did not receive the loan estimate paper work three days after our original application but rather hand drawn graphs, and a generic guesstimate of what the loan would be with radically incorrect numbers. In good faith I continued for months worth of them trying to figure out their “new system” because they are so friendly and personable out of the gate but there is no substance behind whatever kind of shady business it is that they’re trying to run. Of course we receive a ding on the credit from them running the credit report repeatedly as they processed a couple different times trying to get their loan paperwork together. I am waiting for a refund of the couple thousand dollars that they required for a loan application processing. I would absolutely recommend you stay away from Dalton Mortgage and spread the word that they cannot be trusted. Again, we proceeded in good faith as they represented them selves as a start up, “out side the box” lender and as we have a non traditional project for a build I appreciated that, but months down the road with nothing having actually been processed they did not as a professional or good faith fiduciary entity deliver in their side of the process. They absolutely fumbled at every turn and we lost months and thousands in the process.

  I have purchased 2 homes with Dalton Mortgage and have had a great experience both times. The staff were easy to talk to and always answered all of my questions. From qualifying to closing, I felt the process was relatively stress-free with them. Highly recommended!

  John Dalton was extremely professional in every way. I would certainly recommend Dalton Mortgage Group to anyone out there in need. The way they handled my needs was very timely and efficient. I would hope anyone would come to DMG for their mortgage needs.

  John has been a pleasure to work with thus far. He has answered my questions both before and after we sought his help to finance our construction loan, even answering over weekends and late and early. I have never had a bank do that, or a lender give me their cell number so that I could catch them after hours or over the weekend. He has been prompt and diligent.

  John dalton wants 1495$ upfront for his services.. Said that he needs this before he can get us approved..with zero refunds if we do not get approved..so their for we would loose 1495$ Based off of his past reviews and my own i fill like this is more of a scam, than anything else. I would recommend saving around 20% of the loan value and talk to a local lender...thanks for waisting my time for the past 4 months john...ps dont fall in my shoes learn from my mistakes and do the best thing for your families. Its better to wait to get what you really want instead of 1495$ short

  John Dalton is a crook and should be thrown behind bars for the shady business he conducts. He scammed three families out of Woodward, Ok for over $6,000 for a loan processing fees. I would never recommend these guys for any means necessary.
