  Tom is THE best. He made the entire refinance process simple and stress free from start to finish! We felt well informed and Tom was very prompt to reply to our many emails, texts and phone calls. Lastly, we knew we could ask questions if we didn't understand something and that Tom would explain to us in a way that we could understand.
