  i think the process is well organized, but when dealing with a loan process is always better to meet the loan officer there is a lot of resposibility in the loan process,,,,

  I agree with the previous review. Loan officers and agents are very hard to reach and customer service is spotty at best. This company is more of a scam. I was able to get a good rate but my refinance has been dragged for more than 60 days now.

  I am a General Contractor finishing a basement for a client that used Loan Depot. I proceeded in good faith with the basement, seeing the cost of materials (lumber mainly) starting to increase. The carpet was being installed before I got my first payment. I'm now looking to close it out...this will be interesting to see when I'll see my money. BTW, I've had to cover all expenses out of my own pocket since sub-contractors won't wait more than 15 days for payment.

  Lone Depot in North Scottsdale is an extremely cool place I work there as in contractor Loan Depot supplies home loan mortgages for hundreds of thousands of people and it's a very cool place especially if you happen to be an employee

  Awesome experience. Everything went smoothly with my loan officer. All the questions and queries were answered quickly. All of the process was done online, so no traveling for appointments and all!

  This has been the WORST loan company to do business with. Their company is extremely non communicative, doesn't respond to customer service calls or emails. It's been several months waiting for our refinance. We've done this before with other loan companies and it was easy. We are current customers and looking elsewhere to give our business to, the lack of customer service is outrageous!!!
