  My experience with Wolf Mortgage has been good so far. I found the hard money loan company doing a search on google. They came up because the office is close to my house in Scottsdale. I spoke to a gentlemen over the phone. He is from New Zealand so it was nice listening to his accent, lol. He was very professional and understanding of my unique situation. He didn't just discard me, he figured out a way to help me get the loan done. Some extra paperwork was needed but it all worked out. I am glad I choose to work with this private money lender.

  I called a few hard money lenders in the Phoenix area and found Wolf Mortgage. They clearly explained the loan terms, fees and interest rate over the phone. A lot of the other companies were vague about it. We just needed some extra cash to payoff our tax lien. I'm not great with all the mortgage jargon and just wanted to make sure that I didn't put my family into a situation where we possible lost our home. You hear horror stories with balloon payments, foreclosures, etc... This private money lender had great service and the whole process was very smooth. I would recommend them to family and friends.

  My husband was out of work for a few months and we needed to send off our property tax payment. The whole process was relatively fast, I received the money about 1 week after I first spoke to Mike. Hard money loans are never fun but Wolf Mortgage was very professional and I'm glad they were able to help us out during a touchy financial situation.

  My grandmother lives in Gilbert Arizona. She has lived in her house for like 50 years and never did any upgrades! Since the house is paid off she was able to borrow some money through a hard money lender. After doing some research and talking to a few companies we decided to go with Wolf Mortgage. They offered the lowest private money loans fees and had a reasonable interest rate. They had a fast turnaround time. We were able to fix up her house and sell it FAST.

  Wolf Mortgage was very professional during the whole process. We needed the money asap to close on another escrow. Mike called me every afternoon to let me know the status of the loan and when to expect the funds. I recommend giving them a call.
