  This bank has wonderful employees Alexa was very helpful behind the counter led me to the manager Nick who was very helpful on getting a loan for my new home I highly suggest these people they know exactly what you need and they don't give you the runaround

  Tried to open a simple checking account and was told that I wouldn't be able to. No one gave me a reason as to why I couldn't. After an hour and a half on the phone with the corporate number, they gave me the same run around as to why I couldn't open an account when I've had one with them before. Do not use this bank! The bank branch and their corporate office had two different answers for me and had me jumping back and forth between them. WORST BANK EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

  Horrible. Went months ago for the first time at this new branch and was given the worst customer service so i left. Decided to go back one more time after a long day at work i didnt feel like driving far to the other branch so i gave it another chance went in and again was given the worst service again. i told them "ill just go to the other branch" and walked out she told me as i was leaving . "yes they can take care of you there". Like seriously snotty rude scottsdale people are the worst i hate this location.

  Dont bankhere! I got quadruple charged on rent one time. Few locations available. Couldnt pull any money out of my savings for some reason and they really didnt have an answer why lol -_- annnnd when I went to close my account they actually made it a process trying to convince me to stay. Never again!

  Terrible customer service, won't admit to their own errors, DO NOT deal with this bank for anything other than a simple checking account....this bank commits fraud and then blames the customer!!!

  The teller must have been in training, but she was very slow and kept talking under her breath to manager. It took me over an hour to do a withdrawl.

  This bank is terrible. Everything about this place is unprofessional down to calling in and getting help on the phone. Don’t do business with them they are a shady bank!!

  Out to lunch sign be back in 30 minutes on 9/27/17. Sat around in the lobby for 40 minutes until 1:30 before I left.
