  Worse experience ever!!! I have been trying to do a loan modification on my mortgage since January. Signed the paperwork and I have been making my payments..Here it is Mid-May and this isn't wrapped up yet....My account online is not updated and my payments aren't being applied to the balance...very frustrated!!! Something that should have been so simple is taking forever to get done.. And I keep getting the runaround!!! They need to come on with it..I'm sure if I were not making my payments, they would be ready to haul me into collections!!

  they are the worse company ever. They refund me 7 month of mortgages and then put my house in foreclosure. Had to pay $3000.00 more on top of 9 month worth of mortgages. For them to tell me a year later, "sorry for our mistake" Now that I tried to sell me house, they gave the wrong payoff amount to the other company. This company is a fraud and this is the way they steal the houses from people. WATCH OUT!! CAUSE THEY STEAL HOMES!!

  Worst service very incopetent company can't get a pay off quote .they also apply pymt in the wrong account .I have several accounts and im trying to get off this company ..so if someone is thinking of using this company think good before you use it

  Inept company. For the third time now they've missed paying our home insurance premiums. I get notified from our home insurance that our policy is set to cancel due to non-payment. Then I have to call loancare and tell them to do their job. They've also missed property tax payments. I get late tax notices, call loancare, who then argue with me that the tax isn't actually due. I ended up sending them a copy of the tax statement ("due 3-1-2018, interest penalty after 5pm on 5-1-2018") because they insisted it wasn't due until the end of May and that "that is when we always pay it."

  Courtney Gayhart needs to find a job she is capable of doing. She feeds her face instead of training her people to have phone skills. Also, she seems slow.

  Cant get a payoff quote for 4 months already terrible service. Last time I use them what a garbage company.

  Terrible company. Multiple mistakes on paperwork. Customer support over the phone was rude and unhelpful.
