  Brandon at LOAN Services was so great to work with. He made our initial home loan and then our refinancing 8 months later such a breeze! Any questions we had were promptly answered and he even made himself available outside of office hours. He is very knowledgeable and explained and presented everything in a clear and organized way.   Buying your first home is always going to be a stressful experience. Brandon Humrick was an unbelievable partner to go through the purchase of a home for the first time. As first time buyers we didn't have a clue as to the process of purchasing a home.   If you're in the market for a new home, or a refinance - this is where you need to go. Brandon Humrick and his team at Loan Services are truly experts at what they do. They have handled many of my mortgage brokering needs including refinances and my recent purchase of a newly built home. If you are a veteran like myself, Brandon is also an expert in all VA loans. He is an expert on the laws regarding VA loans and can get you the best loan possible. Even if you've been turned away from other brokers or a builder's lender, try calling Loan Services to see what they can do for you. Chances are, if you're eligible they will get the deal done. They were 100% professional, always kept me in the loop and ON TIME - which is key when closing a deal. Brandon's team really take your needs seriously and they go the extra mile to ensure you're taken care of. I can't say it enough - these guys are the experts.

  Joni Davis was a gem to work with. She answered any questions we had at all hours of the day. Her professionalism was top notch!!   I don't know how this company stays in business. The way we have been treated is unethical. Not just once but twice!! In June of 2018 I sent him everything he requested but he would not follow through and return calls or texts about a property we were trying to buy. I would leave voicemails and send texts to no avail. The property ended up selling to someone else. Fast forward to November 2018. Another opportunity on a property we really liked. Against my husband's wishes, I contacted Brandon to give him a second chance. He apologized and promised to make it up to us. I even deleted the previous review like he asked me to do because I was sure he would help us this time. He promised to make it up to us. Well he flaked again and stopped returning my calls. I told him the seller had a deadline of January 15th for an answer and we needed to get busy. Nothing!! He is a joke!! My last attempt at contacting him was in mid December. December 17th I gave up on him and went to BMI Mortgage services in Hanford and was approved that day!!! They did exactly what was supposed to be done and our new property closed on February 12th. I don't know how he sleeps at night with this terrible service he provides. I am guessing it was a blessing. BMI was the best and is where you should go if you want top quality service! If you don't care how you are treated I guess Loan Services is just right for you!!

  Very fast and organized loan agent. Got a house in Madera but was worth the drive to go to Fresno to meet with Pierre, my loan agent. He got me the best interest rate around on my new home.
