  I have worked with Corbin and his team quite a bit over the last couple years and they always deliver. So when it came time to help my parents purchase their dream home, I had no doubt in my mind which lender I wanted them to go with. Through out the transaction Francesca did an amazing job keeping us updated on what was happening and they were even able to get the loan closed early!!   Corbin Claypool is someone I would definitely recommend ! Him and his team always took the took the time to talk, text, or email quickly whenever I had questions or concerns , which there wasn’t many because they made everything easy / simple to understand ! With my transaction There were times i wanted to give up but, any road block we seemed to run into they found a way around it & they kept fighting for me until the transaction was a Done deal, thats why I had / have so much confidence in Corbin and his team … Even with my escrow stretching for as long as it did , no one on the team was frustrated, disrespectful, or mad which made me fell so much more comfortable . I definitely found the team I would/will continuously work with from here on out ! Can’t thank corbin and his team enough , KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ! ‼️🫡

  I was assured that Corbin's team go above and beyond to get things done. I believe this to be true. However, I feel like their personel skills lack. Often times I was talking to many different people who didn't know who I was and didn't know much about my loan. I felt like just a number to them at times. If they can work on assigning one person keep you updated and treat you like they care the rating would be better.

  It is so important to have communication between the lender and agent. I have used other lenders on past transactions & had the pleasure of getting to work with Corbin and his team! Their closing is on time, communication and response is quick, and the follow up with pre approvals for your buyers, and the follow up after escrow with your buyers, is something you do not get with other lenders. 10/10

  AXEN Mortgage was very good to work with. They have a very responsive, organized team and assist promptly, whenever the need arises. The process from pre-approval to escrow can be complicated and cumbersome but the AXEN team made the journey as smooth as possible. I highly recommend them for all of your mortgage needs.
