  Reflecting back on my experience as a first time homebuyer, I realize the value in having a team of supporting working professionals. Brian Riddick was my loan officer at the time and made himself available during the strenuous process by answering my questions. I googled everything, LITERALLY and test everything I research to his knowledge. He was very patient and thorough with his responses to my concerns. 3 years later and I am still receiving residual support, as he does not hesitate to check in periodically to see what new questions I may have.   As a first time homebuyer Brian Riddick was very helpful in assisting me with the process of my loan. He explained everything clearly and had time to answer all my questions. He even assisted me after business hours to put in a contract on a home with my realtor. We won the contract and closed on home with in 30 days.
