  My experience was awesome. Rami was a big help, from the time I called on the phone until I came in for my appointment. I felt at ease, laughed a lot and had really good time buying a car, I never could have imagined that. So if you're in need of a vehicle, go to drive time and ask for Rami he has your back.

  My experience at the drive time location in Chesapeake was phenomenal. I had an issue at another location and decided to travel the distance to the Chesapeake location. I was greeted immediately by the lovely Monique, DT Sale Person, whom had great customer service. The Drive Time Team in Chesapeake worked together to resolve my issue and ensured that i got the best deal out of my purchase. Big thanks to the Drive Time Team at the Chesapeake location. Keeping customers happy and satisfied with purchases!!!

  don’t get a car from drive time you paying 3x the amount & the interest is crazzzzzy ... i bought a car 2016 got a total loss last year and they still had me paying for a car i didn’t have ...you better off going to a real dealership .. you don’t even finance through drive time it’s bridge crest and there customer service sucks ... i repeat 2021 stay away from drive time

Please know that we try to maintain a sense of transparency by providing each customer with a Federal Truth in Lending Disclosure during the contracting process. This disclosure details the APR, finance charge, amount financed, total amount expected to be paid throughout the life of the loan, and the total sales price. It is also important to mention that our customers are welcome to utilize third-party financing if they are not satisfied with the financing options offered through Bridgecrest, our finance partner. We offer a 5-day Vehicle Return Policy (VRP), which allows our customers time to inspect and get comfortable with their purchase. If they are not pleased with their vehicle or financial terms, the vehicle can be returned within the first 5 business days (not including the date of sale, holidays we are closed, and Sundays) and terminate the Simple Interest Retail Installment Contract. The VRP guidelines are outlined on page one of your Retail Purchase Agreement.   If I can give this place 0 stars I would. First off they couldn’t do an out of state buy. My grandfather was trying to buy me a car but for some reason they couldn’t do it. Second off when I tried to buy a car they wanted a ridiculous amount of money as a down payment. They are supposed to be a place that helps you out even with low credit and they don’t at all! The same exact day I went to carmax and drove off in a brand new car for 0 down payment. Drive time sucks!

  Amazingly easy process. Monique Robinson is a great sales person. She is knowledgeable and friendly. Alesha Morgan, the manager, goes above and beyond to help with the sales process. We will certainly be back for our next purchase and refer our friends.

  Mr. Justin was very funny and wonderful and helpful, he needs a massive pay raise. paperwork side was slow but no blame should go towards Mr. Justin. Tim was awesome and helped save a substantial amount of money and would recommend a pay raise as well. Matthew was quick with service and helpful.

  They were really helpful with getting me into a vehicle. I walked in with horrid credit, and they were able to work with me and get me into something I can afford without trying to take advantage of me. You can tell they’re more about the customers experience than making themselves money.
