  Had a great experience with Loan Factory located in Denver. I was working with another company before I reached out to Loan Factory after they were recommended to me by a friend of mine. As I got close to finalizing the deal with that other company is when I began to question their ethics. I then phoned Loan Factory and spoke with Vu Do and his team of professionals. Sure glad I did! Doesn't cost you anything to give them a call. They'll take care of your needs and keep you updated all the way through the process.

  I have everything I need. Lower the interest rate on my investment rental. The team, Linh ****, Lynn *****, Will**** Kaylin****** has been really friendly to me the whole time. I am a self-employee, so my tax is very complicated, but the Loan Factory was able to get my loan done quickly. It was very easy to contact them, and they responded right away. I didn't have to call twice for them to respond. My old investment interest rate was 3.5%, and they lowered it to 2.6%. I thought the percent of the new rate was pretty exceptional. Now, they are helping me with another loan. I'm a very pleased and satisfied that there is a company managed by Vietnamese people.
