  Lisa and her team were so helpful throughout the entire home purchase financing process. The process was incredibly streamlined and transparent, and Lisa and the rest of her team were quick to answer questions and let us know exactly what we needed to do during each step of the process. I've already recommended her to one of my friends. I really can't say enough good things. This was a MUCH easier process than I've experienced in the past with other finance companies.   Working with Lisa from Guaranteed Rate really helped ease our stress as first time homebuyers. She helped us crunch numbers as we submitted offers and made sure we knew about all closing costs upfront. We were really impressed with how quickly she responded to us. Even now after we’ve closed we can email her questions and still get a fast response. Lisa talked us through the whole mortgage process to make sure we were prepared. On closing day my husband and I were amazed at how quick and smooth it went!

  Could not recommend working with Lisa and her team more. Lisa made the process of buying a house simple and very straightforward. I had heard that this process could be laborious but the GRA team made it easy. Lisa brings years of expertise to the table and helped simplify a lot of the decisions that we were looking to make as first time home buyers. She came to the table with recommendations for us and helped weigh all our options. She is super friendly and was available at all hours every day of the week to answer any questions that we had. Her team members were in constant communication with us to let us know what they needed and explained the context around what they were asking for. They were also available at any time that we needed them to discuss. The portal that they use to help you move through the process makes uploading documents, signing papers, and staying on track of everything you need to do very easy and accessible at any time. Lisa & her team helped us jump over two major hurdles along the way: 1. We were applying for our loan right as the Feds were about to bump interest rates by .5%. Lisa was able to lock in our loan rate within an hour of our communication and less than 2 hours before they announced the jump. Her quick action saved us thousands of dollars over the life of our loan. 2. Due to an issue with our HOA, we were late receiving paperwork for our closing. We thought for sure we were going to have to push our closing out another week. After getting it >18 hours before the closing, Lisa's team spent the entire night preparing all of the documentation we needed and helped us keep our original closing date.
